Exploring the fragile landscapes
of human emotion.
The Kiss – 21st Century Edition
100 × 100 cm
Oil, acrylic, and gold leaf on canvas
In this piece I return to Klimt’s famous image of love and reinterpret it from a modern perspective.
Although the couple stands close together, they are not emotionally connected with one another.
The ghostlike faces around them represent temptations, memories and the many possibilities that surround us today. They reflect the richness of choice in modern life - and at the same time the difficulty of truly making that choice.
This artwork reflects on love and relationships in the digital era - a time of endless possibilities and constant searching, when genuine closeness becomes rare and almost a luxury.
Inner Multiplicity
50 × 70 cm
Oil on canvas
“Fragile” explores the feeling of inner conflict that many of us experience, when different emotions, states, memories and roles collide within us.
In this piece, faces and hands intertwine, creating a sense of inner tension and searching. In this gesture there is at once protection, confusion, and the desire to see and preserve one’s true face.
“Fragile” speaks about human vulnerability and the attempt to preserve a sense of wholeness when the world around us - and within us - becomes too complex.
One Woman. Three Moments, One Transformation
100 × 100 cm
Oil on canvas
“Falling in Love” reflects the inner process of a feeling being born - the moment when love begins to transform a person from within.
In this artwork, the same woman appears in three forms. We see a sequence of emotional states gradually changing her from the inside: from the cautious opening to feeling, to deep emotional involvement, and finally to a quiet acceptance.
The red flower on her chest becomes a symbol of this moment. It is not simply a sign of love, but the point where the feeling takes root and begins to subtly transform the way we perceive ourselves, another person, and the world around us.
Tenderness with Thorns
70 × 100 cm
Acrylic on canvas
This artwork reflects the complex connection between love and pain that accompanies the human experience. Sometimes the wounds we carry become part of who we are - shaping our sense of self.
The heart appears both vulnerable and protected. Its sharp fragments resemble traces of past experiences, capable of both wounding and guarding at the same time.
The work speaks about the idea that to feel is to risk, and that sometimes breaking becomes the beginning of a new wholeness.
Listening to the Quiet Within
70 × 100 cm
Oil on canvas
This artwork reflects a state of silence and inner focus - those moments when a person remains alone with their own thoughts.
In the woman’s posture we sense both vulnerability and fragility, together with a deep inner concentration. She is immersed in her thoughts: remembering, reflecting, feeling sadness, or perhaps regret. Each viewer may recognize their own experience in this quiet state.
The tattoo “Follow Your Heart” speaks of a choice once made and reminds us that the decisions we make become part of our story.
Between Sleep and Light
50 × 70 cm
Oil on canvas
This artwork reflects a state when morning has not yet become day, and thoughts have not yet begun their familiar flow.
The woman’s figure dissolves in the soft morning light and the folds of the bed. Nudity here is neither a gesture nor a provocation - it becomes part of the space, as natural as light, fabric, and air.
It is a moment of simple existence, when time seems to slow down and only the quiet sensation of life remains, in its most calm and honest form.
Grace in a Glass
50 × 70 cm
Oil on canvas
“La Dame en vert” is an image of a moment that cannot be held.
The glass filling with champagne takes on an almost human grace. Its shape resembles an elegant figure, appearing for a brief second in a flow of light and movement.
Splashes, light, and shades of green create the feeling of life in motion - light, vivid, and fleeting.
It is a moment of celebration - light and almost accidental. Yet it is precisely such moments that create our sense of life’s beauty.
